Animal Rescue & Adoption

Rescue Organization Support Policy

Urban Paws Magazine supports the efforts of rescue organizations and their volunteers. We do not accept advertising dollars from known puppy mills or retailers who sell dogs or puppies. Our annual Kingwood Barkfest event was designed solely to help raise funds for these organizations. We believe that all dogs, regardless of age, breed or lineage deserve wonderful, forever homes.

  1. Could you please list A Doberman Adoption Placement Team (ADAPT) in your directory? We are a 501c3 since 2010 and place pure bred Dobermans. We are not a “shelter” but a private foster based rescue…..

Margaret, ADAPT has been added and should now be listed in the directory. Thanks!

  3. Will you please add the all-breed 501c3, K9Kare? We are a small group doing big things and saving many lives!

The link should now be visible on our site. Thanks for letting us know!
