Police Chief Dallis Warren Declares No-Kill As the Ultimate Goal of the City Shelter

Tuesday June 28th, 2016 Rosenberg, Texas Police Chief Dallis Warren presented a draft of an updated shelter policy along with a new volunteer handbook for volunteers. Police Chief Warren who oversees the Rosenberg Animal Shelter operations declared No Kill “is a great goal to have and that is the direction in which we (City of Rosenberg) want the city to go.” Chief Warren estimated between 80%-85% rate (unspecified) for the month of June.
