Fido may not have to take off his shoes to go through security, but he’ll have to have his boarding pass ready if he’s flying Southwest. The airline recently announced that it will begin selling airline tickets for small pets. Pet fare tickets can be purchased for travel that began on June 17. The cost is $75 each way. All in-cabin pets must be carried in an appropriate carrier, which counts as a carry-on bag for the guardian.
