Got Dirt? The Houston Dog Park Association, along with Dr. Caballero, DVM and his staff are hosting the Wags ‘N Wheels Car and Dog Wash Fundraiser on October 24th at Cypress Vet Hospital, located at 12002 Cypress North Houston Rd. The Houston Dog Park Association is working to promote a new safe, fenced, off-leash park for dogs to be built in the Cy Fair/NW Houston area soon. Several sponsors will be providing goodies, including yummy homemade dog treats by K9cakesandcookies.com, and the team at The Villages Of Cypress Creek Apartments will provide refreshments for a small donation. Volunteers will be washing cars and dogs for donations, holding raffles every hour and serving up grilled hot dogs as well as few other surprises. You can get your kid’s face painted or your dog’s paw printed. Drop by between 1 and 5 pm to have fun and support Houston (NW area) Dog Parks.
